Passport photo service offered only with fingerprinting. ($15.00, 2 photos)
Notary service offered only with fingerprinting.
There is a $35.00 trip fee for fingerprinting service if travel is 16 or more miles away from my office. A $35 fee will be added every 16 miles of travel.(To the appointment site only)
